Pilates Flexibility Fusion

Move with purpose in an all-levels Pilates session set in an iconic, art-filled space

Sep 27, 2025. 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Blend movement and mindfulness in an all-levels Pilates session set in the museum’s iconic, art-filled Great Hall. This empowering 60-minute mat-based class blends the deep core strengthening of Pilates with focused flexibility training to leave you feeling stronger and more connected to your body. Led by award-winning performer and movement specialist Kathryn Kelly. All bodies are welcome.

About the Instructor: Kathryn Kelly is an award-winning performer and multidisciplinary movement specialist who brings more than 15 years of experience in dance, aerial arts, and fitness instruction to every class she teaches. She is a proud three-time recipient of the prestigious DC Commission on the Arts and Humanities Fellowship in Dance, and her work has been featured on stages and immersive events across the country. As a certified personal trainer, health coach, and group fitness instructor, Kathryn blends precision training with movement that feels good. Kathryn has taught barre, Pilates, and reformer classes at studios across the D.C. area, and she started teaching online in 2020 through her platform Living Room Workouts, where she offers both live and on-demand virtual classes. She believes in empowering every individual to connect to their strength, confidence, and unique way of moving.
