TriFit is back!
Get moving after work with free outdoor yoga classes every Tuesday, September 9 – October 21 from 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM in the park. Come stretch, strengthen and invigorate your mind and body with CorePower Yoga. Bring a mat, bring water, and meet us in the park for a spring workout you won’t want to miss!
Class sizes are limited and advance registration is required.
Classes are outdoors and weather dependent. Registrants will be notified of cancellations via email.
These events are presented by the Golden Triangle Business Improvement District and funded through the DC Office of Planning's Streets for People grant program.
