• File format must be a JPEG or GIF. Zip files will not be accepted.
  
  
• Include a caption for your photo. Lengthy descriptions may be edited for the purpose of space availability.
  
  
• Maximum image size allowed is 8" x 10" and greater than 4" x 6" and have a minimum 72 dpi resolution.
  
  
• Include your name and a brief description of the photo. Your name and/or description may be included in the website, but is not guaranteed.
  
  
• Sender agrees to grant WCTC the right to display the image(s) provided on this website and releases WCTC from any obligation for compensation.
  
  
• Photos may not contain nudity, sexually explicit content, violent or offensive material, or copyrighted images. The Washington, DC Convention & Tourism Corporation (WCTC) reserves the right to remove these images if deemed offensive.
