Please be advised: In order to preserve and protect historic residential areas, motorcoaches will be precluded from utilizing residential streets in the Capitol Hill Historic District. Motorcoaches need to travel along the routes in red on the attached Map. To clarify, the following streets are authorized for motorcoach travel:

• Pennsylvania Avenue SE between 2nd Street SE and 13th Street SE
• Maryland Avenue NE between 2nd Street NE and 11th Street NE
• Massachusetts Avenue NE between 2nd Street NE and East Capitol Street
• Massachusetts Avenue SE between East Capitol Street and 14th Street SE
• Independence Avenue SE between 2nd Street SE and 14th Street SE
